CENA Outdoor has implemented a series of measures to protect our clients, our team and the wider community during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
To begin with, we would like to reassure all of our clients, partners and associates that we believe it is important to remain positive and work together to ensure life continues safely. We can all make the best of this situation by supporting each other.
Our team have been briefed on the practical steps required to ensure their personal safety and that of those whom they must encounter. These include implementing robust personal hygiene routines, no physical contact with others, avoiding unnecessary visits to populated public spaces and maintaining a minimum distance when in closer contact. We will no longer provide written statements or physical samples to minimise the need for physical contact but will continue to provide digital proposals you can enjoy at your convenience.
CENA is well placed to ensure continuity for our clients with our technologically-driven infrastructure which has allowed us to switch to full home working with immediate effect. We continue to provide our comprehensive design consultation services and can now offer video meetings and video showroom tours. Our supply chain is well vetted to meet safety standards and continued provision of products and services. Along with our UK-based workshops we are not affected by the recent international restrictions.
We have individually spoken to and reassured existing clients that installations will go ahead as planned, with new safety measures in place, to ensure our clients can continue to enjoy their grounds and gardens safely at home with their families.
