We have some very exciting news to announce here at CENA HQ. We have teamed up with leading chef, food festival favourite and TV presenter Mark Lloyd to bring you the first ever CENA outdoor cooking series. Mark has created three exclusive recipes for us and will be cooking up a storm on our demonstration kitchen this June to show CENA customers and followers how to create them.
An impeccable CV includes a stint heading up the first River Cottage Canteen, brand ambassador work for Miele and now a position as Executive Chef at Pomona's in Notting Hill. Mark is also a regular on our television screens and radios, promotes a farm to fork ethos and is renowned as an expert on British wild food knowledge. In an age where the spotlight is firmly on sustainability and our environmental impact we are proud to share that Mark is a food waste warrior, working closely with Love Food, Hate Waste to promote healthy, cost-friendly meals throughout the UK. What a perfect match for the first ever CENA outdoor cooking series and what better way to show off the capabilities of our outdoor kitchens.
